According to the SOP, candidates allotted MD and MS seats through NEET-PG 2024 must report to the Kalam Centre with the necessary documents for verification and admission within the specified time. Applicants should ensure all documents are accurate and complete.

- Aadhaar Card Copy
- PAN Card Copy
- MBBS Degree Certificate
- MBBS Mark Sheets (all professional years)
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Medical Council Registration Certificate
- High School Mark Sheet and Certificate
- Intermediate Mark Sheet and Certificate
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Sub-Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Twelve recent passport-sized photographs with a white background
- Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate
- Character Certificate

Admission Process on Samarth Portal
Candidates must register on the Samarth portal and pay the admission fee exclusively via credit card, debit card, or UPI. Other payment methods will not be accepted.
Steps for Registration and Submission:
- Visit the portal mentioned in the SOP and complete the new registration process.
- Log in, fill out the form, and upload the following:
- Photograph
- Signature
- ID Card
- NEET Scorecard
Course Selection:
- Candidates allotted MD courses must select Postmaster Programs, choose their subject, and submit the form.
- Candidates allotted MS courses must select Master (Post-Graduate Programs), choose their subject, and submit the form.
Once all formalities, including reporting, document verification, and fee payment, are completed, the online admission process will be confirmed.
