Rajasthan: The Rajasthan Counselling Board has started the allotment process for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Special Stray Vacancy Round Counselling for the 2024 academic session. The board has also released the complete schedule for candidates interested in participating.
Following previous notifications and the National Board of Examinations (NBE) announcement regarding the reduced qualifying percentile for NEET PG 2024, the schedule for the special stray vacancy round allotment process for MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB, and Post MBBS Diploma courses in Rajasthan is as follows:

Start Date for Application Submission & Fee Payment: March 8, 2025
Completing both parts (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form is mandatory. Candidates who did not complete both parts earlier can now do so.
Candidates already registered or who have previously applied do not need to reapply.
Candidates who joined a seat after the stray vacancy round are ineligible to participate.
Candidates who were allotted or upgraded seats in Rounds 2, 3, or the Stray Vacancy Round but did not join, as well as those who resigned with a forfeiture of the security amount, are not eligible.
Last Date for Fee Payment: March 10, 2025 (5:00 PM)
Last Date for Online Application Submission: March 10, 2025 (11:45 PM)
Offline Verification & Submission of Original Documents & Bond: March 10-13, 2025 (10:00 AM–4:00 PM)
Candidates must submit original documents at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur.
The counselling board will retain these documents after verification.
Candidates must also submit a bond in the prescribed format available on the official website.
Publication of Provisional Seat Matrix: March 8, 2025
Publication of Provisional Merit List: March 13, 2025 (Tentative)

Security Deposit Payment: March 10-13, 2025
Candidates who deposited the security amount in previous rounds but were not allotted a seat do not need to pay again.
Online Choice Filling & Locking: March 10-14, 2025 (Auto-lock at 11:45 PM on March 14)
Choices submitted in earlier rounds will not carry over to the Special Stray Vacancy Round.
Eligible candidates must fill in new choices to participate.
Disability Certificate Verification (PwD Candidates): March 16, 2025 (10:00 AM, Tentative)
Candidates must present themselves at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, along with original documents.
Verification & Allotment for In-Service Quota (Senior Demonstrator Candidates): March 16, 2025 (10:00 AM, Tentative)

Candidates must bring the allotment letter, required bonds, and two copies of their application form along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents.

Important Instructions for Candidates
Candidates must verify their documents within the stipulated time. Those who fail to do so or do not submit original documents will not be allowed to participate.
Candidates whose documents were already verified in the stray vacancy round and remain with the board do not need to appear for verification again. However, they must fill fresh choices.
Candidates must submit a bond stating:
They will join the allotted course within the stipulated period.
If they do not join, they must pay the full course fee to the allotted college.
If they fail to comply, the allotted college will retain their original documents.
Candidates who do not submit this bond will be disqualified from participating.
PwD candidates must present themselves physically for document verification.
Senior demonstrators who deposited the security amount must appear for verification and allotment.
Up to Round 3, state eligibility criteria will apply to state quota seats. However, any vacant seats after Round 3 will be open to all eligible candidates.
Candidates allotted seats in the Special Stray Vacancy Round cannot resign or withdraw from the course after admission.
Candidates who secured a seat in the All India Stray Vacancy or Special Stray Vacancy Round cannot participate in the State Special Stray Vacancy Round.
