Result of IIT JAM 2024:
The Joint Admissions Test (JAM) 2024 scorecards were announced by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras on April 2. The results can be viewed by applicants who took the exam by visiting jam.iitm.ac.in, the official JAM website.
IIT Madras released the results of the IIT JAM 2024 on March 21.
The entrance exam was held on February 11. The result was accessible on Friday, March 22.
How to check IIT JAM 2024 results
Step 1: Go to the examination website, jam.iitm.ac.in.
Step 2: Go to the results page for JAM 2024.
Step 3: Type in your JOAPS password and enrollment/email ID.
Step 4: Submit and download your scorecard.
The IIT JAM 2024 score cards will be available for download on April 2 for candidates. Online applications for admission were accepted from September 5, 2023, to October 25, 2023. On February 11, a Computer-Based Test (CBT) version of the three-hour IIT JAM 2024 exam was administered at many test centers throughout the nation.
The exam provided seven specialisations: Biotechnology, Chemistry, Economics, Geology, Mathematics Mathematical Statistics, and Physics. Depending on the number of seats available in each category, a merit list will be created for each of the seven exam papers.
Candidates will be able to enroll in two-year MSc programs, PhD programs, joint PhD programs, MSc-MTech programs, and other post-bachelor degree programs offered by IISc and IITs based on their performance in the IIT JAM 2024 exam.
Students who pass this entrance exam will have the opportunity to apply for almost 3,000 seats at IITs in a variety of postgraduate programs, and more than 2,000 seats at IISc, NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, and DIAT.
