The Tamil Nadu Health Department has announced the counseling scheme for MBBS and BDS admissions for the year 2024-25 in government medical and dental colleges. This program specifically addresses majors.
According to the schedule release, consideration of special groups is scheduled to begin on August 22, 2024. The schedule is divided into three periods, each devoted to a different group: elite athletes, former soldiers children, and people with disabilities in benchmark .
The counseling will be held at Lecture Hall–II, Tamil Nadu Government Multi-Super-Specialty Hospital. Prospective candidates should arrive at least one hour prior to the start of counseling with one parent and themselves. Below is the format of a format:
Documents Required:
Candidates are required to submit the following original certificates/documents to participate in the counseling process:
1. NEET UG 2024 Admit Card and Score Card.
2. 10th Standard Mark Sheet.
3. 11th Standard Mark Sheet.
4. HSC/equivalent mark sheet.
5. Evidence of educational certificates from 6 to 12 candidates who have completed their education in Tamil Nadu.
6. Certificate of completion of school attendance or authentic certificate from current institution.
7. Birth Certificate.
8. Local Certificate.
9. Local certificate identifying each parent (father or mother).
Creators:
Candidates are required to pay Rs. 500/- payable at Chennai, to the "Secretary, Selection Committee, Chennai – 10," as processing fee during the counseling session.
Further, candidates are required to produce a Demand Draft for tuition fees as mentioned in the payment details. This DD must be issued upon receipt of the temporary share order. If a candidate does not submit a DD, it will be easily available at the counseling centre.
