This notice follows today’s Supreme Court hearing, where NEET PG students voiced their concerns. A three-judge bench, led by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice Manoj Misra, and Justice JB Pardiwala, reviewed a petition against the NBEMS, MCC, and the Centre. The petitioner argued that the exam pattern was changed three days before the exam, but the Center denied this claim.
Chief Justice Chandrachud remarked, "It is very unusual... Changing the exam pattern three days before the exam would cause students to have a meltdown." The court scheduled the next hearing for September 27.
