Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) in Delhi has recently issued instructions and a list of required documents for MBBS candidates and their parents.

Candidates must submit all required documents to complete the admission process. The institution will deny admission to candidates who fail to provide complete documentation.

Instructions for Candidates and Their Parents

Parents: Please sit in the auditorium and wait for further instructions from the academic branch regarding your ward’s admission.

Candidates must:

•  Download the Allotment Letter: If MAMC has been allotted to you, download the allotment letter from the MCC website before arriving at the college for admission.
•  Register Online: Complete the registration on the FMS, DU website.
•  Print the Registration Form: After registering, print the form and bring it with you when reporting for admission at MAMC.
•  Reporting: You will be called and escorted to the admission desk in turn.
•  Bring Required Documents: Provide a copy of the MCC allotment letter and proof of registration with FMS, DU.
•  Collect and Complete the Admission File: Obtain the admission file from the designated official and complete it to facilitate the admission process.

 Required Documents (one original set and two self-attested photocopies):

1. Registration Form: Printout from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi (MBBS) Course-2024.
2. MCC Allotment Letter: Issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
3. NEET-UG-2024 Admit Card.
4. NEET-UG-2024 Score Card.
5. Copy of Aadhar Card.
6. Matriculation Certificate: For verification of date of birth.
7. 11th Class Marksheet.
8. (10+2) Class Marksheet and Certificate.
9. Character Certificate: As prescribed by CBSE, issued by the principal of the last attended school or a Gazetted Officer (issued on or after 01.04.2024).
10. Certificate from School Principal: On the prescribed proforma available on the faculty website (for 85% Delhi Quota).
11. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Certificate: If applicable, as described in Section B, Clause 1A.
12. Father’s Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Certificate.
13. Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Certificate: If applicable.
14. Entitlement Certificate for CW Category: As described in Section B, Clause if applicable.
15. OBC Certificate: As described in Section B, Clause B, if applicable (two copies).
16. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: For the financial year 2024-2025, issued on or after 01.04.2024, and the OBC caste certificate as per the Central list for OBCs (two copies).
17. Parents’ Income Certificate/Form-16: For OBC candidates.
18. Gap Affidavit: Submit a Rs. 10/- stamp paper affidavit if there is a gap of six months or more from the last college/school attended.
19. Two passport-size color photographs.
20. Surety Bond: Provide Rs. 3 lakhs, along with copies of Aadhar cards of two guarantors, on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only), duly attested by a notary public. The proforma is available on the website.
