Tamil Nadu: TN Health has opened applications for admission to the Pharm D (6-year) course and the PHARM.D (Post Baccalaureate 3-year course) for the 2024-25 session. The application deadline is October 23rd, 2024.

Instructions:
You must pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/- through Debit Card, Net Banking, or Credit Card to participate in online counseling.
Carefully select your choices during the choice-filling process.
You can check vacancy positions for the courses on the website.
The selection committee does not take responsibility for connectivity errors.
You will be admitted to Pharm.D. and Pharm.D. (Post Baccalaureate) courses based on rank and reservation rules through online counseling. Detailed procedures are available in the annexure.
If you do not register and lock your choices in the first round of online counseling, you will not be allowed to participate in later rounds.
If you miss your scheduled time for online counseling, the committee will not consider you for admission unless you provide a valid reason, which the committee must accept. If permitted, you can only select from the available specialties and colleges during your session.
Once you choose an option during online counseling, you cannot change it. Requests to switch branches or colleges are not allowed after admission.
If you secure a seat but fail to join the course, you will not be eligible for future rounds of online counseling.
You must submit a self-declaration form at the time of reporting. If you misrepresent or hide facts, the committee may cancel your selection or admission at any point.
Download your provisional allotment order and ensure you join your designated college before the deadline mentioned in the order.
When joining, you must submit your original certificates in person and provide scanned copies to your selected college.
The head of your self-financing institution must ensure that only the approved fees, as determined by the fee committee, are collected.
The committee will not consider requests for re-allocation or transfer to another college.
Keep your login ID, password, and OTP confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
