Andhra Pradesh—Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTRUHS) is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for admission into vacant/unfilled Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses under management seats in private un-aided non-minority & minority medical colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh. The university is also inviting applications from eligible in-service and non-service candidates for admission into vacant/unfilled seats under the Competent Authority Quota in government and private un-aided non-minority & minority medical colleges in the state, including SVIMS, Tirupati, for the academic year 2024-25.

As per the official notification, Dr. NTRUHS is opening the application process in light of the reduced cut-off percentage of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024, as released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Candidates wishing to apply for the vacant/unfilled Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses must submit their applications online by 11:55 PM on January 10, 2025. Candidates who have already applied for the 2024-25 academic year and are included in the MQ and Competent Authority (CQ) Merit Lists for In-Service and Non-Service categories do not need to reapply.

It is important to note that seats available due to unfilled spots, non-reported seats, or free exit after completion of Phase II will be considered for the subsequent phases of counselling, according to eligibility criteria, including Phase II (Non-Service) or Phase I (In-Service) categories, including PwBD.

Candidates must secure the following revised NEET PG 2024 cutoff percentile to be eligible for post-graduate medical degree/diploma courses:

• General/EWS: 15th percentile and above
• SC/ST/OBC/PwD: 10th percentile and above

Important Points:

1. The cutoff date for completion of the internship is August 15, 2024.
2. Service rendered up to April 16, 2024, will be considered for In-service Quota seats.
3. Service candidates must not have completed 50 years of age as of April 16, 2024. Candidates born on or before April 16, 1974, are not eligible for in-service quota seats.
