Tamil Nadu: The Tamil Nadu Health Department (TN Health) has commenced the counseling process for DNB-Post Diploma, Post MBBS 2-year Diploma, and DNB-Broad Specialty Post Diploma courses offered in Tamil Nadu Government Medical Colleges for the academic year 2024-25.
The counseling process, which includes registration, choice filling, and seat allotment, will conclude on 4th December 2024.

Fee Details
- Registration Fee (Non-Refundable): ?1000 for government quotation.
- Refundable Security Deposit: ?30,000 for Government Quota (to be paid at the time of registration).
Instructions for Downloading Allotment Order
- Allotted candidates must download their provisional allotment order and join their respective medical college or institution on or before the date and time specified in the order.
Reporting to Allotted College
- Candidates must produce their original certificates in person during admission along with scanned copies for verification.
- Failing to report to the allotted institution by the specified deadline will result in the cancellation of selection or admission without prior notice.
- Selected candidates must submit a self-declaration form at the time of reporting, confirming their liability for forfeiture of selection/admission in case of suppression of facts or misinterpretation.
- TN Health will not send individual communication to candidates. Candidates should regularly check the official website for updates.
General Instructions
- Exercise caution during choice filling.
- Candidates can edit their choices multiple times before locking them. However, once locked, editing is not allowed. Ensure the order of preference is accurate before locking.
- The seat matrix for courses will be available on the official website.
- TN Health will not be responsible for connectivity or procedural errors.
- Admissions to DNB courses will be conducted online, strictly based on rank and reservation rules.
- Requesting a change in course or college after final locking is not permitted.
