Notification:
New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2024 exam. The NTA is expected to release the admit cards for NEET UG 2024 soon.
In a public notice, the NTA announced their decision to re-conduct the NEET UG 2024 exam for 1,563 candidates who experienced time loss during the originally scheduled exam on May 5, 2024, despite being awarded compensatory marks. The NEET UG 2024 re-exam will take place on June 23, 2024, and the results are expected by June 30, 2024.
Steps to Download the Admit Card:
1. Visit the NTA official website.
2. On the homepage, click on the NEET UG Admit Card 2024 link.
3. Log in using your application number and date of birth.
4. The NEET hall ticket will be displayed on the screen.
5. Download and print a hard copy for future reference.
The re-examination is valid for the following cases only:
1. The scorecards of all affected (1,563) candidates issued on June 4, 2024, will be canceled and withdrawn. The affected candidates will be informed of their actual scores (without compensation) through their registered email IDs.
2. The results of those affected candidates (1,563) who do not wish to appear for the re-examination will be declared based on their actual marks (without compensation) obtained in the examination conducted on May 5, 2024.
3. The marks obtained by candidates who appear in the re-test will be considered, and their marks from the examination on May 5, 2024, will be discarded.
The NEET (UG) 2024 was conducted by the NTA on May 5, 2024, from 2:00 to 5:20 p.m. at 4,750 centers in 571 cities (including 14 cities abroad) for more than 24 lakh candidates. The results of NEET (UG) 2024 were declared on June 4, 2024.
