New Delhi – The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the schedule for the final mop-up round of the online Centralized Merit-Based Counseling for DNB Post Diploma courses for the 2024 admission session. The process is set to begin on January 13, 2025, and conclude on January 27, 2025.
The final mop-up round offers eligible candidates a chance to secure admission to the DNB Post Diploma courses. The detailed schedule is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria
Only registered candidates who have not secured a seat in the first or second rounds of counseling can participate in the mop-up round. However, candidates meeting any of the following conditions are not eligible:
- Those allotted a seat in previous rounds who opted not to freeze it.
- Those who failed to pay the first-year course fee after freezing their seat.
- Candidates who paid the fee but did not join the allotted institute.
- Those unable to produce original documents for verification.
- Candidates failing to meet eligibility criteria during document verification.
This mop-up round provides a final opportunity for qualified candidates to secure admission for the 2024 session.
