New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has provided a final opportunity for candidates appearing in the FMGE December 2024 session to submit incomplete or deficient documents. The deadline for submission is December 30, 2024.
According to the official notice, candidates who failed to address document deficiencies by December 20, 2024, must now rectify the issues related to the following:
- Primary Medical Qualification Degree Certificate/Provisional Pass Certificate: This must be duly apostilled or attested by the Embassy of India in the country where the qualification was obtained.
- Eligibility Certificate issued by NMC/MCI (if applicable): Alternatively, candidates can submit their Admission Letter or proof of qualifying NEET-UG.
- Proof of Citizenship.
- Correction of Mismatched Details: This includes discrepancies in name or date of birth across submitted documents.
- Supportive Documents for Transfers: Required if the candidate has transferred between medical institutions.
- Mark Sheet of Standard 12th and Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC).

- The document submission window opens on December 27, 2024, at 1:00 PM, and closes on December 30, 2024, at 11:55 PM.
- Candidates must use the Online Deficient Document Submission Portal, accessible via the weblink mentioned in the official notice.
Important Notes
Candidates who fail to submit the necessary documents or rectify deficiencies within the given timeframe will be declared ineligible for the FMGE December 2024 session. No further extensions or opportunities will be granted.
