Maharashtra: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) of Maharashtra has initiated the admission process for the Master of Public Health (Nutrition) [MPH (N)] course for the academic year 2024-25 in nine government medical colleges.
The final schedule and provisional schedule for the Institutional Level Round have been released, along with an information brochure detailing eligibility criteria, seat distribution, and the admission process.

Application Process

Online Application: Candidates can fill out the online application form starting January 20, 2025, through the DME Maharashtra portal.

Institutional Level Applications: Eligible candidates must apply in person to the concerned college on plain paper from February 10, 2025.

Application Fee: ?1,500 (non-refundable). Failure to pay the fee within the prescribed period will result in rejection.

Admission Formalities: Selected candidates must report to their allotted college, submit original documents, and pay the required fee as per the schedule.

Eligibility Criteria

Health Science Graduates: Candidates with degrees in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPTH, BUMS, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent.

Internship Completion: Must have completed an internship by the time of application.

Maharashtra Domicile: Graduates from institutions in Maharashtra or candidates admitted under the 15% all-India quota in colleges outside Maharashtra (with domicile proof).

Caste and Non-Creamy Layer Certificates: Mandatory for candidates seeking reservations.
