Complete Revised Schedule

  1. Display of Provisional Merit List:

    • Deadline: Up to 25.01.2025

  2. Last Date for Seat Surrender (1st/2nd Round):

    • Deadline: 27.01.2025 by 2:00 PM

    • Details:

      • Candidates from rounds 1 and 2 can surrender their seats with forfeiture of the security deposit/fee.

      • The vacancy position will automatically update on the university website.

      • Candidates who surrender their seats and wish to participate in round 3 must deposit the security deposit and fee again.

      • Personal reporting to the university by 28.01.2025 is mandatory to deposit the remaining fee and security deposit.

  3. Submission of Online Choices/Preferences:

    • Dates: 29.01.2025 to 30.01.2025

    • Details:

      • Candidates, including NRI applicants who submitted willingness for round 3, must fill out and submit their preferences for specialty and college online.

  4. Processing of Seat Allotment:

    • Dates: 31.01.2025 to 02.02.2025

  5. Display of Provisional Allotment/Result:

    • Date: 02.02.2025

  6. Submission of Objections to Provisional Allotment:

    • Deadline: 04.02.2025 by 11:00 AM

    • Details:

      • Objections can be sent via email to pgadmissionsbfuhs@gmail.com, along with supporting documents.

  7. Display of Final Provisional Result:

    • Date: 06.02.2025

    • Details:

      • The result will be updated on the university website after addressing objections and removing joined candidates from MCC data.
