Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTRUHS) has issued a notification allowing candidates who joined or reported to colleges during Phase 1 or Phase 2 of the MBBS admissions process under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2024-25 to take advantage of a "free exit" option.
According to the notice, candidates must submit their free exit requests to the respective college principals by 3:00 PM on October 14, 2024. Once submitted, the principals are required to accept these requests, return the candidates' original certificates, refund their tuition fees, and freeze the updated data by 4:00 PM on the same day.
Candidates who do not utilize this free exit option by the deadline will not be allowed to withdraw from their seat under Phase 1 or Phase 2, and they will also be ineligible for the MQ Phase-III counseling. Additionally, vacated seats will be made available for Phase-III counseling as per the rules.
For those who remain in their seats and do not opt for the free exit, the same rules will apply as for Phase-III of the counseling process.
