Notification:
Puducherry: The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) has announced special stray vacancy round registrations for MBBS and BAMS seats.
The Health Department initiated discharge proceedings against candidates who allegedly submitted fake NRI certificates, and CENTAC confirmed that one candidate has been discharged from Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital, Puducherry (SMVMCH).
As a result, CENTAC has opened the Special Stray Round Registration for this vacancy under the Management Quota because the NRI Quota Merit List was already exhausted during the Stray Round. Additionally, CENTAC has extended the last date for admissions under AYUSH-based courses to December 20, 2024. As part of this update, candidates can submit their willingness, pay the registration fee, and fill out course preferences under the Government (GQ) and Management (MQ) Quotas in Rajiv Gandhi Government Ayurveda College until 5:00 PM on December 2, 2024.
