Uttar Pradesh: The Hind Institute of Medical Sciences (HIMS) has announced reduced tuition fees for non-clinical departments through a formal letter addressed to the Uttar Pradesh Director General of Medical Education and Training (UPDGME). The institute's decision to lower fees was shared to benefit aspiring candidates under the UP NEET-PG 2024 admissions.
The notification, published by UPDGME, outlines that HIMS has agreed to charge less than the government-prescribed tuition fees for clinical departments. Furthermore, non-clinical courses will also have reduced fees, as specified in the letter.
Courses with Reduced Tuition Fees
HIMS provided a detailed list of non-clinical subjects eligible for reduced tuition fees. These include:
Pathology – ?6,00,000
Community Medicine – ?6,00,000
Microbiology – ?6,00,000
Anatomy – No tuition fees
Physiology – No tuition fees
Biochemistry—No tuition fees
Forensic Medicine—No tuition fees
Pharmacology – No tuition fees
