Nagpur – The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Nagpur, will soon commence the reporting process for the second round of postgraduate (MD/MS/MDS) courses for the January 2025 session. AIIMS Nagpur has issued a detailed notice outlining the necessary instructions for candidates.
Reporting Dates and Process
The reporting process will begin on 4th January 2025 and conclude on 9th January 2025. Candidates must bring a demand draft of Rs. 3027/-, payable to "Director AIIMS Nagpur" at Nagpur. Additionally, candidates must submit original documents and self-attested photocopies during the reporting.
B.Sc Biological Science
Required Documents
- Offer letter.
- Allocation slip.
- Registration slip.
- Admit card issued by AIIMS Delhi.
- Mark sheets of MBBS 1st, 2nd, and 3rd professional examinations.
- MBBS/BDS degree certificate.
- Internship completion certificate or a letter from the institute confirming the internship will be completed by 31st January 2025.
- Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI, DCI, or State Medical/Dental Council.
- High School/Higher Secondary Certificate or Birth Certificate for date of birth proof.
- Category Certificates:
- SC/ST Certificate: Must be issued by a competent authority in English or Hindi, clearly mentioning the community.
- OBC/EWS Certificate: Must follow the central government format as prescribed in the prospectus.
- OBC (NCL) certificate validity: 20th May 2023 to 26th November 2024.
- EWS certificate validity: 1st April 2024 to 26th November 2024 based on income for the financial year 2023-2024.
- Physical Disability Certificate: Issued by an authorized medical board as specified in the prospectus.

- 5th January 2025 (Sunday): Holiday
- 6th January 2025 (Monday): 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 7th January 2025 (Tuesday): 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 8th January 2025 (Wednesday): 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 9th January 2025 (Thursday): 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
AIIMS Nagpur urges candidates to adhere to the schedule and ensure all required documents are submitted on time. Late submissions or incomplete documentation will not be entertained.
