Notification:
New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the results of the entrance examination for MSc Nursing courses at AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS for the August 2024 session. AIIMS conducted the entrance exam for MSc courses on June 15, 2024.
AIIMS has published the list of provisionally qualified candidates who appeared in the MSc Nursing entrance examination at AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS, including AIIMS Raipur, AIIMS Rishikesh, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Gorakhpur, AIIMS Kalyani, AIIMS Deoghar, AIIMS Bibinager, and AIIMS Mangalagiri. The results are based on the candidates' roll numbers.
All candidates can view or download their individual marks from the official AIIMS website using their login credentials. The seat allocation process will occur online.
Candidates should regularly check the website for the latest updates, including information on online seat allotment, schedules, and dates. The schedule for choice filling, along with the rules and procedures for online seat allocation, will be published in due course.
IMPORTANT POINTS
1. Resolving Tie Cases:
AIIMS resolves ties by considering the candidate who obtained fewer negative marks in the entrance examination.
2. Eligibility and Document Verification:
Selection in the respective categories depends on meeting the eligibility conditions in the prospectus, verifying the documents and information provided in the application forms, and verifying original certificates and documents.
3. Document Upload Requirements:
Candidates must upload certain documents on the AIIMS official website from June 26 to June 29, 2024, by 5:00 PM using their login credentials. AIIMS will verify all uploaded certificates before the online seat allocation based on the uploaded documents. AIIMS will not entertain any correspondence after the closing date, and candidates who do not upload their documents cannot participate in online seat allocation.
4. OBC (NCL)/EWS Certificate Validity:
The OBC (NCL)/EWS certificate must be valid for Central Government jobs or Central Government institutions only. Otherwise, AIIMS will not consider the claim for the OBC (NCL)/EWS reservation. The issuing dates for the certificates are:
OBC (NCL): June 16, 2023, to June 15, 2024 (inclusive).
EWS: April 1, 2024, to June 15, 2024 (inclusive).
5. Eligibility for the UR Merit List:
Candidates found ineligible for an OBC (NCL) or EWS seat based on their certificate verification will be treated as UR if their rank is within the cut-off rank for the UR Merit List. If their rank is beyond the cut-off rank, they will not be considered for this list.
6. Verification of Certificates:
AIIMS will verify all certificates, including claims for constitutional reservations. AIIMS can cancel candidature at any stage if any documents are found invalid.
7. AIIMS New Delhi In-Service Candidates:
The list of AIIMS New Delhi in-service candidates includes only those who selected AIIMS New Delhi (in service) during registration. Their candidature is subject to further verification of their employment at AIIMS New Delhi.
8. Calling Candidates for Online Seat Allocation:
AIIMS will call candidates equal to eight times the number of seats for the first and second rounds of online seat allocation for filling choices after the preliminary stages.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS
1. Birth Certificate:
A birth certificate or high school certificate showing the date of birth.
2. Proof of Reserved Category: Proof of belonging to a reserved category such as Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe, OBC/EWS Certificate, or PWBD. The OBC certificate issued between June 16, 2023, and June 15, 2024 (both dates inclusive) will be treated as valid. The EWS certificate issued between April 1, 2024, and June 15, 2024 (both dates inclusive) will be treated as valid for the financial year 2024-2025 and the assessment year 2023-2024. A disability certificate issued by a duly constituted and authorized medical board is required for PWBD candidates only.
3. Degrees/Provisional Certificate:
Degrees, provisional certificates, or proof of having passed the qualifying examination by July 31, 2024.
4. Bonafide Certificate:
If the result is not declared, a bonafide certificate issued by the college (as per the enclosed format).
5. Self Undertakings:
i. Distance learning or regular courses.
ii. Tenure completion date, including internship.
6. Mark Sheets:
Mark sheets of the qualifying examination with 60% marks for Gen/OBC/EWS candidates (55% marks for SC/ST candidates).
7. Registration Certificates:
Registration certificates for nursing candidates only.
8. Migration Certificate:
Migration certificate.
