Gujarat: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat is set to complete the allotment and reporting process for the 4th online stray vacancy round for MBBS and BDS admissions for the 2024 academic year. According to the official schedule, candidates have from October 30 to November 5, 2024, to complete the online payment of tuition fees, report to the designated centers, and submit original documents.
Eligible candidates listed on the ACPUGMEC Merit List can apply for government and management seats in both government and self-financed medical and dental colleges. The detailed schedule for the 4th round is as follows:

1. Online Payment/PPayment at Designated Axis Bank Branch
Start: October 30, 2024
End: November 5, 2024, at 12:00 pm
2. Reporting and Original Document Submission at Help Center
Start: November 4, 2024, at 10:00 am
End: November 5, 2024, at 4:30 pm
Steps for Admission Confirmation:
1. Visit the UG admission website and log in to your account.
2. Check your allocation status.
3. Print your allotment letter and book an appointment at a nearby help center.
4. Print the fee challan and complete the payment via the ACPUGMEC portal.
5. Deposit fees at a designated HDFC bank (cash or demand draft only).
6. Collect the fee receipt and stamped challan from HDFC Bank.
7. Attend the help center with original documents, the fee receipt, and the bank-stamped challan.
8. Submit original documents in an A3-size cover with your details as specified on the website.
9. Collect your admission order, signed and stamped by the nodal officer, from the help center for future rounds.
