Additional Information:
1. Persons with Disability (PWD): Candidates must present a disability certificate from a designated center informed by DGHS, New Delhi, during reporting.
2. Document Verification: For Category Codes 18(1), 18(2), 19, 20(1), 20(2), 21 (Terrorist/Sikh Riot affected), 22 to 30 (Wards of Armed Forces Personnel), and 31 to 33 (Wards of Punjab Police Personnel), document verification and seat allotment will occur at the principal's office, GGS Medical College, Faridkot, on August 20, 2024.

PG Diploma Course: ?1770 (Admission Fee ?1500 + GST ?270)
M.Sc Course: ?2360 (Admission Fee ?2000 + GST ?360)

The fee must be paid via demand draft in favor of the Registrar, BFUHS, Faridkot, and will not be refunded.

Application Process:
1. Submit the Form: Hand in the completed Admission Application Form and required documents to the Principal's Office, GGS Medical College, Faridkot. Documents include a passport-sized photograph, a matriculation certificate, 10+2 marks cards, a graduation degree, a migration certificate, and a Punjab residence certificate.
2. Pay the Fee: Deposit the application fee via demand draft only.
3. Provisional Merit List: The provisional merit list will be displayed before the physical round of counseling.
4. Document Verification: During counseling, the admissions committee will verify eligibility and allot seats. Candidates must report to the allotted college by the specified deadline.
5. Fee Submission: Pay the tuition fee at the counseling venue via demand draft to confirm admission.
