Supreme Court Orders IIT Delhi to Resolve NEET UG 2024 Physics Question Dispute

'Controversial' Physics Question in NEET UG 2024: SC Orders IIT Delhi to Give Correct Answer

On Monday, the National Testing Agency (NTA) and the Center were ordered by the Supreme Court to provide the right response to the disputed Physics question. An IIT-Delhi expert group consisting of three members has been tasked with identifying the most accurate scientific solution for the Physics issue. This order was delivered on July 22 during proceedings pertaining to over 40 petitions against the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test, Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 by the bench, which was made up of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud and Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra. These petitions cover claims of inflated toppers, disclosures of confidential information, and other anomalies.
