UPCET full form is Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test”. This is a state-level entrance exam conducted by A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) is now conducted by the National Test Agency (NTA) once a year. The UPCET 2024 Exam will be conducted in offline mode and will consist of multiple –choice questions. There will be no negative marking for any wrong answer and the exam is available in both English and Hindi. Through the UPCET 2024 Application form, candidates can enroll themselves in various UG and PG programs in various fields such as engineering, management, pharmacy, architecture, hotel management, etc. It is important to know that admission in engineering and Architecture programs depends on the candidates' scores in JEE Mains 2024 and NATA 2024.

UPCET 2024 Exam Date

UPCET, Uttar Pradesh combined entrance test” formally known as UPSEE Uttar Pradesh state entrance exam.” The UPCET 2024 exam is conducted to take admission in undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering, architecture, pharmacy, management, and other fields that are offered by the listed colleges and institutes in Uttar Pradesh State. The UPCET 2024 exam dates are announced for both UG and PG. The exam for UPCET 2024 UG will be held from May 15 to May 31 and for UPCET PG will be held from March 11 to March 28 2024.

UPCET 2024 exam registration date for the undergraduate program will be announced soon on the official website. Before applying for the UPCET 2024 exam, check the UPCET 2024 eligibility criteria. Follow these instructions to fill out the form correctly, and do not forget to submit the application form before the UPCET 2024 application form last date.

• Visit the UPCET official website - upcet.admission.nic and click on the UPCET/UPSEE section.
• Click on UPCET 2024 registration and fill out the details, such as name, email ID,mobile number, select the course, city, and state and click on submit .
• Wait till you get the confirmation by mail or SMS.
• Organize all the important documents, particularly, 10th and 12th class Mark sheets, clear colored photograph, identity card, domicile certificate, transfer certificate, income certificate, and a caste certificate (If relevant) upload all these documents after double-checking all the filled-in details.
• Select the course to which you want to apply and ensure that it aligns with your UPCET 2024 eligibility criteria and interests.
• Pay the UPCET registration fee via online mode of payment.

Download the confirmation page and take a printout of the registration form that will be retained for future correspondence. Fill out the UPCET 2024 application form carefully because a correction facility will be available for the limited section. No correction will be accepted after the UPCET correction window closes. UPCET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: applicants must be citizens of India; however, foreign nationals/PIOs are also eligible for the UPCET 2024 Exam.

Age Limit: There is no age limit to be applicable.

Domicile: It is not important that a candidate have a domicile in Uttar Pradesh to get admission in UPCET UG and UPCET PG.

UPCET 2024 Eligibility criteria as Per the Course

For B.Pharm / B.Tech/BHMCT/BFA/BFAD

• The candidate must have passed 12th grade or equivalent program. The applicant should have physics, chemistry, as main subject and as a one among option mathematics/biology/biotechnology/ technical Vocational.
• The candidate must have a minimum 45% marks in 12th for the SC/ST category minimum mark is 40%.

For MBA/MCA Course

Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration with a minimum 50% marks for general category, and 45% marks for SC/ST category to qualify the exam.

UPCET 2024 Application Fee

• For General category /OBC category - INR 1300/-
• For Female candidate- INR 650/-
• For SC/ST/PWD candidate - INR 650/-

UPCET 2024 Exam Pattern

UPCET 2024 exam pattern depending on the course. NTA UPCET exam will be held from 15 May 2024 to 31 May 2024.

• Mode of Exam- Online CBT (Computer based test) & Offline

UPCET 2024 Admit Card

UPCET admit card has essential details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam time, exam center, address of the exam center, etc. Without a hall ticket/admit card printout, candidates are not allowed to enter the examination hall. Follow the steps below to download the admit card before UPCET 2024 Exam date. The authority will not send you the admit card via post, mail, SMS, or courier.

• Go to the official page of UPCET – upcet.nta.nic.in Click on the UPCET 2024 admit card.
• Fill in the application number and password to login. You can find the application number on the application form.
• Check your name and details on the admit card, and click on the download option.
• Do not forget to take a printout of the UPCET admit card.

How to check UPCET 2024 Result?

UPCET result is expected to be declared in the month of July. Candidates can check their UPCET scores. To get admission in any course, it is important that the candidate qualify the exam. Candidates can calculate their score with the help of UPCET answer key. The UPCET result copy is required at the time of UPCET 2024 counseling process. To check the UPCET 2024 result, follow the steps given below -

• Open the official website uptac.admissions.nic.in .
• Click on the tab UPCET 2024 Result.
• To check the result enter the roll number as mentioned in UPCET admit card and date of birth in correct order (DD/MM/YY) and click on submit.
• The online UPCET score card will be visible on screen.
• Download the result and take a hard copy of the result, as it is one of the documents in the counseling process.
