DUET 2024 Exam Dates, Form, Fee, Syllabus, Pattern & Card

DUET is also known as “Delhi University Entrance Test”. Delhi University is one of the prestigious universities in India. DUET Exam provides various undergraduate programs in DU and its associate colleges. The DU entrance exam registration process for session 2024-25 begins with the CUET UG exam. The application form was available at the NTA (National Test Agency) official website, nta.ac.in. The application form will be published in February 2024. As per the latest update, the application deadline for Delhi University entrance exam (through CUET UG) has been extended until March 31 2024. Only eligible candidates can apply for the DUET exam, the final admission will proceed through the counseling process.

DUET Exam Dates 2024

The DUET 2024 registration through the CUET UG exam has been extended. Candidates who want to make any corrections can check the official website, applicants can only make a few changes to the application form. DUET Application Form 2024

DU entrance test 2024 application form is available on the NTA (National Test Agency ) official website. The candidate can apply for undergraduate admission through the CUET UG/DUET application form. To fill out the form correctly, candidates have to follow the given steps.

Step 1 - DUET registration

• Visit the official website-exams.nta.ac.in 
• And click on the CUET UG/DUET direct link in the bulletin section, Candidates can also find the registration link in the search section.
• For the new candidate’s registration, click on the link and read the instructions carefully.
• Once you check the particular instructions, tick on the download the information bulletin and proceed with the registration.
• To create a DU login number, select the identity proof option and enter the selected ID number.
• For the final verification, the candidate will get the OTP, and after entering the number, they can get their DU/CUET registration number.
• Note that candidates who select DUET authentication apart from the Aadhar card number have to report 1 hour before the exam reporting time.

Step 2 - DUET application form

• To get the admission form, login again with the registration number and password.
• Enter the required personal and academic details.
• Upload the passport size photo and the signature’s scanned image.
• Go through all the details you entered and click submit.
• If the applicant wants to change the entered details, visit the DUET official website for the application form correction window date.

DUET Application Fee 2024

The DUET application fee needs to be submitted along with the application form. The fee structure is given below. Candidates can pay the fixed application fees through the online mode. As per the official instructions the Payable amount is different for the reserved category candidates.

For the First Three Subjects

• General category- INR 1000/-
• OBC/NCL category- INR 900/-
• SC/ST/PwD/Third gender- INR 800/-
• For Outside India Center- INR 4500/-

For Additional Subject (each)

• General category- INR 400/-
• OBC/NCL category- INR 375/-
• SC/ST/PwD/Third gender- INR 350/-
• For Outside India Center- INR 1800/-

DUET Eligibility 2024

Candidates who fill out the DUET Exam (CUET UG/CUETPG) form are advised to check the DU entrance exam eligibility criteria before applying. As per the condition, the applicant must have the minimum academic percentage, and for the reserved category applicants, the eligibility criteria are different. A candidate who passed the 10+2 examination is considered eligible.

• Candidates should pass the 12th grade exam with a minimum 50% marks , minimum of 45% are required for reserve category candidates .( it is the minimum score for applying, for the final DUET exam admission, the cutoff list will be announced on the official website).
• For B.sc (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) a minimum of 60% is required.
• For B.Pharma applicants should pass a 10+2 examination from a recognized board with physics,biology,chemistry. Candidates should have a minimum 50%, for reserved category candidates 45% is required in PCB. 
• Different universities have different eligibility criteria check exams.nta.ac.in.
• There is no upper age limit, candidates from all age groups can apply for the DUET exam.

DUET Syllabus 2024

DUET, or Delhi University Entrance Test, offers admission into the Delhi University undergraduate programs, the DU entrance test 2024 syllabus depends upon the course. The syllabus may cover easy-to-advance level topics to test the academic ability of the applicant. Check the DUET official website for the specific, detailed syllabus or to download the entrance exam syllabus in PDF format. The syllabus topics are the same as the NCERT 12th grade syllabus. Delhi University offers various UG programs such as B.A, B.sc, B.com, B.Tech, BBA, LLB, etc. Candidates who want to take admission into Delhi University’s postgraduate programs can apply for admission through CUET PG 2024.

DUET Exam Pattern 2024

DUET exam pattern or CUET UG exam pattern is released with the application form. Candidates can check the DU or NTAofficial website. The applicant can enhance their chances to secure high marks. The 2024 DU entrance exam is conducted in online mode. Candidates are advised to check the exam pattern and syllabus to ace the exam. The syllabus covers a wide range of the topics, and the exam papers comprise all the questions in MCQ type. Candidates have to mark the right answer, and for each right answer, the candidates will get certain marks. The question paper contains three sections, candidates can also choose the question language among 12 regional languages. DUET Admit Card 2024

DUET exam will be held from 15 May to 31 May 2024. Delhi University will publish the DUET admit card (CUET UG admit card) before the DUET exam date. It is mandatory to carry the admit card/hall ticket scanned copy along with the photo identity proof to get entry in the exam venue.

If candidates have any complaints regarding the photograph or signature, inform the helpline contact. The candidate will get the exam venue as per their filling choice. The admit card/CUET admit card contains all the required information such as the exam venue, exam timing slot, date etc. Read all the information and follow the guidelines mentioned in the DU entrance test admit card, at the exam center. To download the admit card, enter the application number and password and take a printout of it.

DUET Result 2024

Delhi University will continue the DUET admission process through the CUET UG 2024. The CUET UG or DU entrance test results will be announced soon by the admission authority itself. Candidates have to use their application ID, date of Birth and security code to check the result.
