Diplomate of National Board Centralized Entrance Test known as DNB CET. The DNB CET exam is for those students who want to take admission into the various postgraduate medical courses in India. It is a national-level entrance exam held twice a year by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Science (NBEMS). DNB CET Exam 2024 Application Form

The DNB CET 2024 application form will be out soon at the official website of National Board on Examination. NBE will announce the DNB CET application form online soon, the official date has not been announced yet. Candidates can fill out the DNB CET application form, only through the online mode. No other mode of application will be accepted, also all the applicants are advised to check the official notification at the NBE website.Make sure all the academic certificates and identification proofs available at the time of registration.Candidates can only apply through the online mode. To submit the application correctly, candidates have to follow these given steps.

• Visit the website natboard.edu.in and click on the DNB CRT registration direct link.
• Enter a valid email ID and number and submit.
• Candidates will get the verification mail and password to the registered mail ID.
• After the DNB CET registration, candidates can access the DNB CET application form.
• Enter the required details, such as candidate name, father's name, residence address, Aadhar number, academic qualification, scores, caste certificate (if applicable) etc.
• Upload the passport size photo and signature in the correct format, the system will cancel the document if it is not in the correct format.
• Complete the form correctly, after completing all the necessary details applicants have to pay the DNB CET application fee.
• Note that after paying the fee, the final submission of the application form will be accepted.
• Download the application form in pdf form, and note down the application ID number for future reference.

DNB CET Exam 2024 Application Fee

The DNB CET 2024 exam date is May 19 2024, DNB CET application fee will be submitted online. Candidates can submit the application fee amount via net banking, debit card or credit card. The amount of the application fee is the same for all the categories. A refund/cancellation will not be allowed by the NBE under any circumstances.

DNB CET Eligibility Criteria

DNB CET, or Diplomate of National Board Centralized Entrance Test. DNB CET offers for those applicants who seek admission into the postgraduate medical courses of various colleges. Candidates can get the admission into the following courses.

• Doctor of Medicine (DM)
• Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch)
• Diplomat of the National Board (DNB)

The applicants have to meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the exam.

• Applicant's nationality must be Indian.
• Candidates must have an MBBS degree from a recognized institute verified by the National Medical Council of India.
• One year’s internship certificate before the DNB CET application date.
• Candidates can only apply only once a year, if candidates already qualify for the January schedule and pursue the degree, then they are not eligible to apply for DNB CET on another schedule.
• The application form will be rejected if any of the eligibility conditions are not fully satisfied.

DNB CET Exam 2024 Pattern

The NBE (National Board of Examination) will release the DNB CET Exam Pattern on their official website natboard.edu.in along with the application form. The DNB CET will be held in computer based online mode. The exam paper contains 300 multiple-choice-questions. Candidates will have 2 hours to answer all the MCQs. All the important factors related to the DNB CET exam pattern such as exam duration, marking scheme, and language of the exam paper. Follow the given exam pattern to secure a better rank in the DNB CET 2024 exam. DNB CET 2024 admission will be organized through the NEET PG score.

• Marking scheme- For every right answer, candidates will get +4 marks and for incorrect answers 1 mark will be deducted.

DNB CET Exam 2024 Result

Candidates who qualify the NEET PG 2024 or DNB CET 2024 can get the admission. The DNB CET result will be released in the merit list, on the NBE official website. To download the result, visit the official website and click on the result link. Candidates will not be notified about the result by post or email.

If two candidates will get the same marks, then the candidate with fewer incorrect marks will position higher in the merit list, and the candidate who scores high marks in the first examination will be placed high in the merit list. DNB CET Exam 2024 Counseling

The final admission round will be finalized in the multiple DNB CET counseling rounds. The candidates will get the seat as per their merit rank. If there are any vacant seats in any course, the NBE will notify through the official website only. Candidates can attend the 3 counseling rounds online. Once the result is announced the admissions authority will release the cutoff score. The DNB CET counseling process involves, counseling registration, fee payment, document verification, choice filling, and seat allotment process. Candidates will need the listed documents for DNB CET counseling.
