Assam Agriculture University Veterinary Entrance Test known as AAU VET, which offers various UG, PG, and PhD degree programs such as B.sc (Hons.) AAU VET Application Form 2024

Assam Agriculture University has released the AAU VET entrance exam form. The registration process is completely online, no offline mode of application is available. To submit the application without any mistakes, follow the given instructions. Keep all the academic certificates with you, to fill out the application form. Follow the given steps carefully.

Registration

Open the AAU VET official website.
Click on VET 2024 registration, and enter the applicant's name, date of birth, and valid email ID.
Verify the email ID with the help of the given OTP number.
Note the registration number and password and login again on the same Assam Agriculture University website.

Application form

Once the registration is done the candidate will get the AAU VET application form on screen.
Read all the instructions carefully and confirm them on the page before accessing the application form.
Fill all the required details such as the name of Board/University, Marks obtained in the last exam, in the correct order.
Fill in the choice of desired course.
Upload the scanned copies of identity proof, Assam resident proof, cast certificate, mark sheet, and a recently clicked passport size photograph, in correct format.
Check the AAU VET 2024 pay application form twice before submitting.
After completing the application form, candidates need to pay the application fee through the provided payment gateway.

AAU VET Application Fee 2024

The AAU VET application fee is the same for all the categories. The candidate may pay the application fee online through the internet banking, credit card and debit card. No other payment mode is accepted as per the VET official details. The candidate will receive the payment confirmation via registered mail. The payment history will also display on the applicant’s dashboard.

Any changes in the form fee will be made under the authority of the Assam Agriculture University examination authority. Candidates are advised to check the AAU website once the official notification is out.

AAU VET Eligibility 2024

The Assam Agriculture University Veterinary Entrance Test is conducted once a year, and it’s a state-level entrance exam. The eligibility conditions for UG and PG programs are different.

The candidate must have a resident certificate from Assam.
SC, ST and OBC category candidates will get a maximum of 5 years of relaxation.
For UG courses (B.V.sc and A.H) candidates must pass the 10+2 examination with biology/biotechnology/mathematics, physics, chemistry, and English as main subjects from recognized boards including NIOS.
For PG courses (M.V.sc) candidates must have passed the B.sc (Agriculture, Hons. horticulture, community science, and fishery science) from a recognized university/institute.
General category candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, and those who belong to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) must have secured a minimum of 40% aggregate marks.
The candidate who wants to take admission in the AAU VET 2024 PG programs must secure a minimum of 60% marks (for general category) or a minimum of 50% marks (for SC/ST/DAC) in graduation degree.
The minimum age to get admission in any of the programs in AAU VET entrance exam (Assam Agriculture University) is 16 years.

AAU VET Syllabus 2024

As per the AAU VET syllabus, the test will consist of courses in physics, chemistry, biology (botany, and zoology). The candidate will also get benefits from solving previous years question papers. AAU VET Exam Pattern 2024

The candidate will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without the AAU admit card. AAU VET Counseling 2024

Assam Agriculture University offers admission into agriculture, horticulture, fisheries, sericulture, UG, PG, and PhD. Courses through the AAU VET entrance exam.
